VIKAS BAGARIA

Founder, PEESAFE – India’s leading daily hygiene brand

Vikas Bagaria is the Founder of PeeSafe, India’s leading daily hygiene brand owned by Redcliffe Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. A serial entrepreneur and a seasoned businessman, Vikas holds 20 years of experience and has been responsible for setting up and successfully running multiple businesses.

His first venture VR Forklift was established in 1997, followed by SRV – damage prevention, a leading conditional based monitoring business, in 2003. Moving ahead, the unfortunate incident of the Nirbhaya rape case inspired Vikas to start India’s 1st online portal for Safety products, SafetyKart.com. Vikas and his wife, Srijana fashioned the idea of a toilet hygiene spray, PeeSafe in 2013. He then laid the foundation of Redcliffe Hygiene Pvt. Ltd., the pioneer in India’s daily hygiene space, along with co-founder, Dheeraj Jain. While leading the PeeSafe operations out of Gurgaon, Delhi, Dubai & Colombo, Vikas is also helping Indian Defense, Aerospace, Power Transformer and Energy companies in their conditional-based monitoring systems.

Being well-acquainted with women’s contribution to the start-up ecosystem and encouraging the platforms working towards it, Vikas has invested in many start-ups by women entrepreneurs. Some of them include Dibz, EdgeFX and Let’s Barter India. He has also invested in technology startups like ASADELTECH®, GrowTech Innovations, Innov8, Shaadi Saga and CoutLoot. Vikas is a mentor and board member at Wess Foundation. A qualified Child Safety Auditor, Vikas also aids early-stage learning pre-school and daycare centers in childproofing their facilities.

An Economics graduate and a Master’s degree holder in Computer Applications, Vikas is an avid quizzer and an adrenaline enthusiast who loves to indulge in adventure sports and long-distance cycling, besides being a passionate wildlife photographer.

SOURAV BAGARIA

Director

Sourav is the Director of SRV, holding experience of 11 years and has been responsible for handling the region of India, Middle East & South East Asia countries. His focus area is towards marketing, sales & building marketing strategies for the company. Prior to Joining SRV, he was working with Standard Chartered Bank & after a short period with the bank, he decided to get into B2b sales. He has been instrumental in expanding the business and building up marketing Strategies for business development. His effort is towards achieving and exceeding the revenue and growth targets by driving sales and building new partners and channels. He has completed his Post Graduate in Business Management from International School of Business & Media, Pune. He is an enthusiast and does personal Life Coaching, practices different kinds of meditation techniques and is also a trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

LALIT BHARADWAJ

Head Finance

Lalit Bhardwaj has industry experience of more than 25 years. , He oversees all areas of finance and administration including: payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking and reconciliations, and sales commission tracking. He provide strategic analyses for senior management to determine project and company profitability,  prepare quarterly financial statements and special reports required by lenders, develop company policies and procedures including writing and maintaining the Operations Manual and Employee Handbook and ensure compliance with small business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, industry standards, etc. There are a number of things he enjoys while working here, such as problem solving, providing timely and relevant analyses, and working as a team to grow the company.
